FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT TIME ARE THE CLASSES?
All classes are 8 hours long from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
HOW DO I GET MY RESULTS?
Once we receive the class results, we will email them to you as well as your certificate. The results usually take around 5-7 business date after the class to come in!
DO WE GET BREAKS OR A LUNCH?
One mid-morning and mid-afternoon break. We will break for lunch at approximately 12:00 pm. Lunch is on your own.
DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer refunds but we do offer class credits. If you cannot attend a class we will apply a credit to your account to use in the future.
