OUR WORLD CLASS SERVSAFE PROGRAM

Innovative Food Safety Solutions is proud to deliver the nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification. More than 4 million food service professionals have been certified through the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe® training and certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

The class material is delivered in 10 sections, with a review at the end of each section. The certification exam will be administered upon completion of the class. The exam is comprised of 90 multiple-choice questions. To become a Certified ServSafe® Food Protection Manager a minimum score of 70% is required.
 
Classes & Exams are proctored and meet all state health department and ANSI/CFP requirements for approved food safety manager training. Classes must have a minimum of 15 participants. Most classes fill up quickly; however, if the minimum of 15 participants is not reached your registration will be moved to the next available date in your area. Someone from our office will contact you via email 3 days before the scheduled class date if it is necessary to move your class to the next available date in your area.

 


SERVSAFE CLASS & EXAM LANGUAGE
If you would like a test in any language other than English or Spanish, we need to know two weeks prior to the class you would like to attend.
 


RECERTIFICATION

To maintain your certification you need to re-certify every 5 years. Some jurisdictions may require you to re-certify earlier than 5 years.
 


SERVSAFE CLASS LOCATIONS

We are currently conducting ServSafe® classes in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina,  Alabama, Virginia, and Tennessee. Check our class dates for our full schedule.

CUSTOM ONSITE SERVSAFE CLASSES

WHAT TIME ARE THE CLASSES?

All classes are 8 hours long from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.


HOW DO I GET MY RESULTS?

Once we receive the class participant’s results, we will email them to you as well as your certificate.


DO WE GET BREAKS OR A LUNCH?

One mid-morning and mid-afternoon break. We will break for lunch at approximately 12:00 pm. Lunch is on your own.
